I have used this product multiple times with my business after reading the reviews about 'Micro Splitter' technology and I was quite impressed with the result. Not good at getting out tough stains, I rely on Oxi cleaners still for that, but still all round very good. I use a fairly high concentration of either 1:20 normal or 1:10 heavy traffic, though the product recommendations suggest 1:50 might be sufficient for a normal clean, not sure as yet if that works also.
