The very latest adjustable temperature (0-110ºC) 3 Kw heat exchange unit, capable of producing steam - uniquely designed and manufactured by Ashbys.

Links in-line with your existing carpet extraction machine and instantly boosts the cleaning solution temperature. It allows the operator instant controllable heat to remove chewing gum and other hard residues plus cut straight through greasy, heavily soiled carpets without the need for multiple passes, avoiding over-wetting.

No other heat exchange system comes close.

With the Portable V2 SteamMate you can -
  • Steam away grease and heavy soilage, without multiple passes and produce unbelievable drying times.
  • Improve the speed and effectiveness of your clean.
  • Remove multiple pieces of chewing gum, candle wax, paint and blu-tack, whilst the operator is standing up - with a specially designed V2 Chewing Gum Spotting Wand PC4733.
  • Steam extract hard floors with a steam boosted spray rinse plus instantly drying extraction with the V2 Hard Floor Wand PC4881.
  • Clean walls and hard surfaces in fire damage or kitchen deep clean situations using the V2 Wall Tool PC4880.

Do you need to change you female connectors to V2 heat-sleeved ones?
If you currently have a standard brass female connector fitted to you hose set, it is strongly recommended that you replace this with a PC5501 V2 Female Connector (Long Sleeve). To order please use the drop-down menu below. The V2 Female Connector is heat-shielded and will protect you / your operator from burning their fingers / your clients property. Changing over is easy - on all Ashbys hose sets, the old female connector unscrews, re-PTFE (plumbers tape) and screw on the new V2 Female Connector. Simple.
