A liquid inhibited descaler for removal of hard water deposits from Prochem truck mounts. Liquid non-corrosive formulation – easier and safer to handle. Inhibitor protects truck mount components.

Disconnect truck mount water inlet and solution outlet hoses. Drain half of water from water box. At least 3 litres must remain in water box. Run truck mount to warm water (not hot). With truck mount running, slowly add 1 litre of Truck Mount Descaler into water box to dissolve. Let truck mount run for 15 minutes to remove scale. Immediately connect water inlet hose and solution hose, flush with water for 5 minutes. Add 250ml of D488 Powerclean to water box and run for 2 to 5 minutes to neutralise residual acid. Flush with clear water to remove detergent. For heavy scale build-up Truck Mount Descaler may be diluted with 2 parts or an equal part of water in the water box and the solution should be circulated for a longer period.
