An emulsion floor seal with exceptional properties, hard wearing and crystal clear it will stand up to heavy traffic without fracturing. It enables the user to seal floors without the normal hazards associated with solvent based seals. Non-flammable, non-toxic and quick drying. Excellent for use where fumes and solvents and undesirable.

Directions

Wood and cork - Sand surface to ensure that is is thoroughly clean and smooth. vacuum to remove all dust and apply 2 coats with a seal applicator.

Concrete and porous composition - Clean thoroughly making certain the floor is free from oil, grease soil. Apply 2 coats with a seal applicator.

Coverage

40-50 square meters per 5 litres approximately depending on the porosity of the surface.

Drying Time

1 - 2 hours at room temperature.
