For curtains, upholstery, rugs and wall fabrics. A more user friendly, odour free mineral solvent with increaed cleaning powers. Incorporation dry cleaning detergents, this product is suited to all fabrics and silk rugs where wet cleaning may cause shrinkage, distortion or colour loss. Safe on viscose, or sisals, Dry Clean Extra is formulated for use within Ashbys Hot Solvent Extraction equipment and all other approved solvent extraction systems.
Directions for Use
- Pre-vacuum all materials before cleaning. Test all itmes for any change in colour texture.
Machine Cleaning
- Follow machine manufacturers at all times.
- Do not dilute solvent.
- Always vent exhaust hose to atmosphere.
- It is recommended that a light pre-treatment is administered to badly soiled areas before cleaning, for example - upholstered arms, head rests, pleated headings etc.
Hand Cleaning
- Immerse natural sponge in Dry Clean Extra.
- Wring sponge before applying to fibres using gentle abrassion.
- Repeat as necessary.
- Remove surplus fluid and soill with white terry towelling.
- Use Ashbys Dry Clean Booster for optimim results.
Operators - To wear suitable carbon cartridge mask, eye protection and solvent resistant gloves.
